Orders and Returns

Log in to your Umazing account and navigate to My Purchases.

Select the order containing the item you want to return.

Click on 'Request a Return' and choose the reason for returning.

Provide any necessary details and upload images (if required).

Choose a return method: Drop-off at a Umazing Return Center or Schedule a pickup (if available in your area).

Pack the item securely with all its accessories and labels.

Hand over the package to the designated return service.

Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Returns must be initiated within the return window mentioned on the product page.

Some products, such as personal care items, perishable goods, and customized orders, may not be eligible for returns.

If a return does not meet our guidelines, it may be sent back to the customer.
